Party Pictures!

The Dalhousie Student's Union sponsored Elektrik as part of their "frosh week" activities. Held in a large second floor multi-purpose auditorium, the even did not lack for space or great facilities... including fully flown lighting and sound! DJ Funk Dub played a pleasant opening set. DJ Zoo followed with a pounding techno set including an excellent re-mix of "From here to Eternity". The star of the party was DJ and Producer Humate from Germany who played an amazing trance set with the Rabbit In The Moon re-mix of "Bullet in the Sun". This was a great party with excellent sound, lights and lasers and a good time was had by all in attendance!! The DSU does not have specific pages for their events, but they have promised pictures from this party will be available on the DSU pub site at http://www.grawood.com/ The Crew hard at work: moving equipment, stacking speakers, hanging speakers, checking the video gear, programming the lighting rig, testing the sound.... and finally, a supper break on the floor!
