The Desert Inn Ballroom has one of those old time sprung dance floors that are so great to dance on <G> A fun crowd showed up early ready for some serious beats... the dance floor was half full by 10:30! A separate dance area in the next-door bar was licensed till 2:00 then open to all ages. Yet another dance area was located in the spacious lobby just inside the main doors.
DJ's in the main arena played mostly trance and techno - a format perfectly suited to lasers which danced across the space hand-in-hand with the lighting. Dancers in bright yellow wigs and fluorescent pink outfits gyrated on risers in the centre of the main dance floor. Glowsticks flashed and twirled in abundance. A warm and friendly crowd with lots of good vibes and good music. Dr. Trance kept the packed dance floor moving for another 10 minutes after the lights came up!!
Respect to Void Productions for a great party!
